Description
- Write clear and concise technical documentation, such as user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation
- Create instructional materials, including tutorials and videos
- Develop and maintain technical documentation standards
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather information and understand complex technical concepts
- Review and edit technical documents for accuracy and clarity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing
Requirement
- Strong technical writing and editing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into simple language
- Proficiency in technical writing tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker)
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., Drupal, WordPress)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
