● Collaborate with the Acquisition Specialist to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process

● Finalize bookings and allocate appropriate housemaids based on customer needs

● Coordinate with housemaids to ensure timely and quality service delivery

● Provide support to customers before, during, and after service

● Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly

● Maintain accurate records of bookings, services, and customer preferences

● Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

● 2-3 years of experience in customer service or account management

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills

● Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino

● Proficiency in using Viber and other digital communication tools

● Experience in the household services industry is a plus

● Must have own laptop
