Oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction
Train and supervise cleaning staff, managing schedules and performance
Coordinate with HR for hiring, onboard new employees, and uphold our recruitment quality
Manage budgets, inventory, and procurement of cleaning supplies
Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols within the Area.

Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; formal education is not a requirement but may be advantageous.
Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in cleaning or facility management with a demonstrated track record of successfully managing operations.
Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and proficiency in using office software are essential. Ability to manage teams and coordinate cleaning schedules effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily cleaning operations, manage cleaning staff, ensure standards of cleanliness are maintained, and liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction.
