Requirement

  • Job Title: Housekeeper
  • Educational Qualifications: Must have at least a High/Senior High School degree.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience required, though any additional experience in housekeeping is a plus.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in general cleaning and disinfection practices; ability to use various cleaning tools and equipment; customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Clean and arrange guest rooms; maintain common areas; ensure a hygienic environment; respond to guests' queries and help with their needs; manage laundry and ironing activities; and report any damages or repairs needed.
  • Working Conditions: Position requires standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, and moving furniture or heavy goods.
  • Qualities and Traits: Looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
