We are seeking an Analyst to join our growing Hotels, Tourism & Leisure group with a focus on strategic consulting, advisory, and development of projects within the Philippines. The role will be based in Makati and will report directly to the Director – Hotels, Tourism & Leisure.

The right person will be passionate, ambitious, and highly motivated to add value and support the results of the team. You will support the team in conducting financial modeling and detailed feasibility studies along with preparing proposals and other analytical output as per our engagement with the client.

• Assist in preparing feasibility & valuation reports
• Assist in industry research
• Assist in due diligence of relevant documents, including reviewing legal documents, titles, management contracts
• Research and analysis of the tourism and hotel market fundamentals
• Interpret investment market trends and insights
• Assist with proposal documents and presentations and any other duties that management may reasonably require

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Real Estate
• Experience in hotel operations, budgeting/forecasting, capital planning/project oversight.
• Strong track record of academic performance in analytical and financial courses
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Excellent report-writing skills and attention to detail are essential
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Must be willing to travel
• Amenable to work onsite in Makati City
