Creates policies and procedures that increase operational effectiveness and maximize long-term store performance
Sets the sales target for all Retail Branches based on the desired growth/target as set by Management
Identify products and services with the greatest potential for increasing revenue
Makes data-driven recommendations for operational improvement based on market and sales trends
Strategizes process improvements to ensure branch operational efficiency
Manages retail operations issues and concerns escalated by other departments
Represent Retail Operations during leadership meetings
Validates that bi-weekly/monthly reviews and monitors regular sales updates and action points
Collaborates with pertinent teams in tracking sales and inputs monthly sales forecast
Identifies, reviews, and approves cost reduction measures that will not compromise branch operations
Validates and approves potential site opportunities for new branches in the country based on research and data analysis or as recommended by Regional and/or Territory Managers and eventually recommend to management
Ensures smooth branch setup and on-time branch opening
Attend and support local trade show and consumer events
Collects and communicates market intelligence and competitive information to management.
Oversees and manages the overall expense and purchases of the department
Accomplishes the employee evaluation of Regional and/or Territory Managers and submits it to the Human Capital Management (HCM)
Participate in the recruitment process and interviews applicants for Branch Managers, Branch Supervisors
Keep up with developments in an area of expertise by reading current journals, books, and magazine articles
Performs related tasks may be assigned from time to time by management
Produce quality outputs and satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers

Must have an in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in branch/retails operations.
Must possess strong communication and analytical skills, with keen attention to details, ability for critical thinking and very good people management skills. Should have proactive orientation..
