Description

JOB SUMMARY:

In partnership with the PTSS Department Head, the Assistant Manager for PTSS plans and executes effective and efficient PTSS operations and workflows - strategically, tactically, and operationally.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Oversees Inventory Management, POS Preparation and Outbound Logistics to ensure compliance to quality and 1-SLA.
  • Does capacity planning, periodic department performance reviews and continual improvements.
  • Implements and monitors policies and procedures to manage PTSS workforce, continual learning and development, evolving workforce productivity, healthy communication and effective performance management.
  • Helps manage PTSS costs, risks, and performance exceptions.
  • Provides periodic management reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • With at least 3 years of leadership experience as an Assistant Manager/Supervisor in the related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer service operations management or a related role is strongly required.
  • Knowledge of Inventory, logistics, repair, and material preparations best practices with a proven track record of implementing process improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify relevant data and how to gather and put these data together to make data-driven recommendations and/or decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and remain composed under pressure.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
  • Can start immediately.
