核心职责：
1、拓展海外KOL，达成合作，持续为平台拉新和提高交易量；
2、根据不同地区的用户特点策划不同的KOL专题活动；
3、负责客户关系维护，解决合作中的问题，优化合作方式、策略等；
4、持续调研关注竞品返佣和推广方式，及时优化商务渠道的拓展策略。
Requirement
任职要求：
1.英文可作为工作语言优先；
2.有区块链行业经验优先，需对区块链行业感兴趣；
3.有过传统期货从业经验或外汇行业从业经验者优先；
4.有良好的学习能力，且愿意学习和钻研区块链相关知识；
5.有商务拓展经验有限，愿意积极主动拓展客户，赚钱欲望强且有一定的客户沟通技巧；
