Description

We are a company focused on Web3 projects, primarily engaged in investment research, community building, and project incubation. We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Operations Director to manage the market operations for all our projects. You will lead our operations team, ensuring the efficient execution of strategies and the achievement of business objectives.


Responsibilities and Tasks

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an overall market operations strategy to support the company’s business goals and growth plans.

  • Team Management: Lead and guide three operations colleagues, assign tasks, provide support and training, and enhance the team’s work efficiency and collaboration capabilities.
  • Project Management: Oversee the market operations of various projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet expected outcomes.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze market data and operational metrics to evaluate project performance and provide improvement recommendations, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitors, identify market opportunities, and develop corresponding market strategies.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, sales, and other departments to ensure market operations align with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Budget Management: Responsible for the formulation and monitoring of the market operations budget, ensuring efficient resource utilization.


Requirement

  • Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in market operations or related fields, with essential experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent team management and leadership capabilities, able to effectively motivate team members and drive project progress.
  • Results-Oriented: Results-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with personnel at all levels.
  • Innovative Thinking: Forward-thinking, able to quickly adapt to market changes and propose innovative operational strategies.
