Description

  • Develop comprehensive social media advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and target audience.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end campaign strategies, including budget allocation, ad creative development, and audience targeting.
  • Create and optimize ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce visually compelling assets for social media ads.
  • Demonstrate expertise in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their advertising features.
  • Stay informed about platform updates, new features, and emerging trends.
  • Conduct audience research and segmentation to optimise targeting and enhance campaign performance.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to refine audience targeting and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Implement ongoing optimisation strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding social media advertising campaigns.
  • Communicate campaign progress, results, and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and account managers, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Innovate and propose new ideas to enhance the effectiveness of social media advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media advertising, preferably within a marketing agency.
  • Certifications in major social media advertising platforms 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful social media advertising campaigns with measurable results.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends, platform updates, and client needs.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in ad management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
