Description

The General Marketing Executive is responsible for executing and managing the overall marketing strategies to promote the company's products or services. This role involves handling advertising campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, market research, and brand management, tailored to the Philippine market and its consumers. The position requires a balance of creativity, analytical skills, and an understanding of local consumer behavior to ensure the brand's success and to be able to assist the owner on its overall business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve the company’s goals and targets in the Philippine market.
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, content creation, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and the local competition.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
  • Create and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations with influencers, media outlets, and other local brands for co-branding and promotional efforts.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using KPIs, analytics tools, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Organize events and promotions such as product launches, trade shows, and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (PR, creative, digital, etc.) to ensure alignment with brand goals and efficient execution.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine market, consumer trends, and local media landscape.
  • Experience in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing tools, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to work with budgets, manage resources, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in market trends and technology.
