We are seeking an experienced and proactive General Foreman to oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Supervision:
• Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Assign tasks and provide guidance to team members to optimize performance.
• Project Coordination:
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to review project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate daily activities and scheduling to meet project timelines.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed and address any issues promptly.
• Safety Management:
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety on-site.
• Communication:
• Act as the primary point of contact for the on-site team and communicate project updates to management.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction in a timely manner.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, labor hours, and material usage.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving:
