General LedgerAccounting Receivable and Payable

Description

  • Manage daily financial transactions, including expense tracking and invoice processing.
  • Ensure financial records comply with laws and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll processing and tax filings.
  • Implement effective financial controls and use accounting software proficiently.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position requiring less than one year of experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software, strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with financial record keeping, process invoices and payments, reconcile accounts, and support monthly close processes.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; expect regular full-time hours with occasional overtime during peak financial cycles.
  • Qualities and Traits: Ethics and integrity, teamwork and communication skills, willingness to learn, and adaptability to change.
