Description

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Track, file, encode, and report sales and expenses.
  • Manage accounts payable, billing, and client invoices.
  • Coordinate business compliance processes with accounting.
  • Communicate with suppliers and oversee office maintenance.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of administrative and or/accounting experience.
  • Knowledge in government benefits and compliance is highly preferred.
  • Good written and verbal skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office especially in Word and Excel.
