As Gallery Logistics Assistant, you will play a vital role in managing the movement, storage, and care of artworks. From overseeing shipping logistics to ensuring artworks are properly handled and preserved, you'll be at the forefront of managing our collection.

Responsibilities include overseeing incoming and outgoing artworks; managing transportation and customs procedures; overseeing handling, packing, movement, and inspection of all objects entering and leaving the gallery; and handling insurance.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain Management/ Communication / Library Science / Humanities / Fine Arts / Art History / Art Studies / Philippine Studies.
• Highly organized, thorough, detailed oriented, and a problem solver with excellent time-management and communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and productively.
• Multitasker. 
• Must be able to oversee various projects and events Detail oriented. 
• Must be able to manage numerous details of the shipping and art movement processes, including manage the paperwork to ship works overseasExcellent interpersonal skills. 
• Must be able to deal with various shippers and customs requirements
