Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously serving them.
Attend to customers’ orders, queries, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and food service stations.
Assist with food preparation, set-up, and restocking of food items and condiments.
Ensure adherence to Making Fine Group's food quality and safety policies.
Conduct all transactions efficiently, handle cash and card payments.
Manage inventory and report any shortages or issues to the supervisor.
Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to provide a seamless experience.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates must have attained at least a Diploma degree in a relevant field such as hospitality, culinary arts, or food service management.
Experience Level: This position is open to Fresh Graduates/Students who are eager to embark on their career journey. No prior work experience is required.
Skills and Competencies: Applicants should possess strong customer-oriented skills, hospitality skills, and excellent communication skills. A keenness to learn and adapt is essential.
