Food Handling

Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
Ensure the dining area remains clean and well-stocked.
Assist with food preparation and presentation to uphold Urbakon Corporation's quality standards.
Maintain knowledge of menu items and allergen information.
Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately.

Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree or equivalent.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a food service or customer service role.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, basic food preparation and hygiene knowledge, cash handling, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain a clean and orderly work area, assist with food preparation, handle payments, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Working Conditions: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, work in a busy environment, and manage exposure to food allergens and cleaning chemicals.
