Description

  • Greet guests promptly and take food and beverage orders with accuracy.
  • Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
  • Provide menu recommendations, explain daily specials, and answer any guest inquiries regarding menu items, ingredients, or allergens.
  • Ensure guests' satisfaction throughout the meal by checking in periodically, refilling drinks, and offering additional items when appropriate.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, resolving issues quickly or escalating to management when necessary.
  • Set and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guest.
  • Process payments and provide change or receipts, ensuring accuracy in cash handling or use of POS systems.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stations, silverware, and service areas.
  • Assist with other restaurant tasks as needed, including restocking supplies, taking inventory, or assisting with special events.
  • Uphold all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.


Requirement

  • High school diploma (vocational training in hospitality is a plus)
  • Good communication
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Basic math (handling payments)
  • Multitasking and teamwork
  • Physical stamina (long hours on feet)
  • Menu knowledge
  • Food safety or customer service certifications is a plus
