Description

  • Greeting and assisting visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Managing phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy and organized at all times.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience needed; we welcome fresh graduates.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office, strong English language skills, effective time management, data entry, help desk knowledge, data analysis, and scheduling abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Greet visitors, handle phone calls, manage appointments, assist with data entry, and provide administrative support.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based work, full-time schedule, with a professional environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
