The Fragrance Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice on fragrance selection to customers. They offer personalized recommendations, educate clients about various scents, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

• Engage with customers to understand their fragrance preferences and needs.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer profiles, preferences, and occasions.
• Conduct fragrance profiling and suggest suitable options.

Product Knowledge:

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of fragrance families, notes, and trends.
• tay updated on new product launches and industry developments.
• Educate customers about fragrance composition, usage, and application techniques.

Sales and Customer Service:

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

• Inventory Management:
• Assist with stock management, including ordering, receiving, and organizing inventory.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Comfortable working in a retail environment with varying customer traffic.
