Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and management of the company’s budget and financial forecasts. Monitor variances and recommend corrective actions.
Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions. Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings. Provide insights and recommendations to management.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards. Assist with internal and external audits.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity to support operational needs. Optimize working capital and financial resources.
Reporting Systems: Maintain and improve financial reporting systems and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Support: Provide financial support for decision-making processes. Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Finance Specialist or similar role, preferably in a distribution or supply chain environment.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial regulations.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
