Accounts Payable and Receivable
Process and monitor incoming invoices, ensuring timely payment to vendors.
Track and manage accounts receivable, including issuing invoices, following up on overdue accounts, and resolving discrepancies.
Bank Reconciliation
Reconcile bank statements with company accounts on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy in financial records
Financial Reporting
Prepare financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, as needed.
Assist in preparing year-end financial reports and supporting documentation for audits.
Payroll Processing
Process employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant tax and labor laws.
Maintain records of employee earnings, deductions, and other payroll-related information.
Expense Tracking and Budgeting
Track and categorize expenses, helping to ensure the company remains within budget.
Identify potential areas for cost savings and assist in budget preparation.
Petty Cash Management
Maintain and reconcile petty cash funds, ensuring they are properly recorded and replenished as needed.
Compliance and Documentation
Maintain accurate records for tax purposes and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Organize and store all financial records securely, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in finance or operations.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in bookkeeping, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in financial reporting, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day operations.
Working Conditions: Office environment, regular hours, with potential overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications:
