Description

1. Cash Management:

  • Handle daily cash receipts and payments, and manage bank deposits.
  • Ensure accurate records of all cash transactions and safeguard cash and related documents.


2. Bank Transactions:

  • Handle company’s banking transactions and ensure account security and timely management.
  • Coordinate with the bank for account statements, perform timely bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.


3. Financial Reporting and Record Keeping:

  • Prepare daily and monthly cash reports and keep accurate records of income and expenses.
  • Assist accountants in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.


4. Invoice and Receipt Management:

  • Ensure that invoices and receipts are issued, checked, and kept properly.


5. Payment and Expense Reimbursement:

  • Manage employee expense reimbursements by reviewing and verifying the accuracy and compliance of submitted requests.
  • Handle timely payments to suppliers and employees according to company policies.


6. Tax and Compliance:

  • Assist in preparing tax-related documents and ensure compliance with Philippine tax laws and regulations.


7. Assist with Audits:

  • Provide necessary financial information and support during external and internal audits.


8. Documentation

  • Responsible for organizing, filing, and maintaining various documents, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of company records.
  • Draft and edit internal company documents, reports, and notices.
  • Record meeting minutes, organize them, and distribute to relevant personnel.


9. OKR computation

  • Employee OKR Monitoring and computation


10. Other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Previous experience of at least 1-2 years in finance or cashier-related roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Philippine financial and tax regulations, as well as cash management and banking procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and financial management software.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to effectively coordinate with team members, suppliers, and banks.
  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
  • Ability to work in English is an advantage.
