As an Accounts Payable Associate at Mondo Cucina, Inc. (SMEG Philippines), you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of the company’s financial transactions. You will manage the company’s outgoing payments, maintain relationships with vendors, and support the finance team in maintaining efficient accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting roles, preferably in a corporate or retail setting.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar), Microsoft Excel, and other office applications.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot discrepancies and resolve issues effectively.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
