To ensures accuracy in financial documentation and compliance with policies, aiding the finance team in efficient resource management. To provide administrative support and contributes financial insights to support decision-making. 

1. Create and send billing clients
2. Update clearance and billing monitoring and client pouring history
3. Monitor collections
4. Update client SOA
5. Calendar of payables and Finance Release Monitoring
6. Compilation of Billing and Vouchers/documents
7. Verify vouchers and any other payables
8. Banking
9. Assist FO with budget allocation 

Education - any field related to finance or accounting

Work Experience - atleast 1 yr experience

Special Skills / Ability - computer literate, fast learner, team player
