  • Arrange and organize Executive travel.
  • Small Projects Management Assistance.
  • Creating Expense Reports.
  • Communication Management.
  • Cross-support and Coordination with the Operations.

Requirement

  • Graduate of any Business or Management courses
  • With at least two (2) years in administrative support functions
  • With excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Trustworthy and with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Willing to work on extended hours
  • Place of Assignment is in Quezon City
