Description

  • Identify potential clients and create a database. 
  • Books and manages the company's annual events through marketing and promotion using telemarketing, email, and fax. Delivers presentations if needed. 
  • Handles account servicing tasks for clients and potential clients. 
  • Prepares proposals and other communications, including marketing materials like layouts, event fact sheets, association letters, sponsorship requests, and weekly reports. 
  • Maintains strong relationships with customers through regular phone calls, emails, and personal contact, especially with embassies, government agencies, and associations. 
  • Coordinates with confirmed exhibitors on their requirements, works with the Marketing Department on press releases, and collaborates with the Creative Department for necessary needs. 
  • Provides support for other assignments from the events team as needed. 
  • During the pre-event, event, and post-event phases, performs assigned on-site tasks as needed. 
  • Prepares post-event reports for submission to top management. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder in any field. Open for fresh graduates. 
  • With strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience working with external clients is a plus. 
  • With strong relationship building skills. 
  • With high interest in project management. 
  • Open to work onsite.
