• Identify upcoming events that would enhance the promotion of the company.
• Negotiate and coordinate with all stakeholders, partners, and suppliers involved for each online and offline activation.
• Analyze the effectiveness of the outreach of each event.
• Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
• Maintain budgets for events management.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with vendors and partners of events.
• Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the company’s standards.
• Create post-event evaluation and analysis.
• Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Of course, what we expect from you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Tourism, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years working experience as an Events Coordinator or similar position would be an advantage.
• Well organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Able to articulate thoughts and ideas to others with ease.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
• Have a customer-centric approach to problem solving.
