Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining a positive and compliant work environment by addressing employee concerns, enforcing company policies, and supporting engagement initiatives across retail branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary cases in line with labor laws.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
- Support employee engagement and communication programs.
- Monitor workplace climate and provide HR reports and insights.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies.
