Description

  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations, fulfillment, and inventory management to maximize efficiency at Eighteasy E-Commerce Corp.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of online sales channels and provide excellent customer service.
  • Analyze data to optimize performance, manage product listings, and stay ahead in a dynamic e-commerce landscape.
  • Implement best practices to meet sales targets and drive growth in a fast-paced industry.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance the user experience.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Not strictly required, but relevant certifications or courses are a plus.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in e-commerce or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, basic understanding of online sales tactics, proficiency in Excel or similar software, and strong analytical skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage product listings, process orders, handle customer inquiries, update database, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting with free accommodation. Requires extended periods at a computer.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptive, with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
