  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate e-commerce sales
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to create engaging content for product listing and promotions
  • Provide support and manage customer inquiries
  • Oversee logistics for order fulfillment and shipping
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
  • Experience in marketing and e-commerce
  • Solid knowledge in managing online seller stores (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Can work independently in a fast-paced environment
