Responsible for the overall after-sales business of HPI in the Calabarzon Region. 

• Operating the direct service center of HPI by making sure technician/s and all other resources are fully utilized to provide the best service to customer service, and by following proper operational and administrative procedures. 

• Managing authorized service centers in the assigned area making sure HPI jobs are well-prioritized and closed within the fastest possible time.  

• Honing service-sales relationships within the assigned coverage area by making sure aftersales VOCs of dealers are attended to promptly. 

• Providing root-cause analysis and executing strategic action plans for low-achieving KPIs and initiating innovative activities that help HPI achieve its commitment to support end users. 

• Preferably residing in Batangas/Cavite area

• With good experience working for the after-sales industry or consumer electronics

• With experience in leading and mentoring teams

• Willing to do weekend and fieldwork

• Good in analysis and executed tasks/projects until completion.

• Resilient and agile in dealing with changing business landscapes.

• Must be a graduate with a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or any major but engineering.
