Description

We seek a passionate and talented digital marketing specialist to join our team remotely. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will enhance our online presence, expand our reach, and drive engagement


Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Accountability of SEO initiatives, deliverables, timelines , and performance optimization and building SEO and PPC / Paid ads roadmap and implementation plan
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track performance, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Provide UI/UX recommendations to improve website performance
  • Diligence in performing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Develop and implement a link-building strategy
  • Improve e-commerce KPI and growth hacking for traffic and ROI
  • Conduct Conversion rate Optimisation, Heatmap, A/B Testing with data analysis
  • Develop and Ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
  • Develop weekly content to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Manage, create, and present SEO / ads spend reports to management on a monthly basis
  • Integrate SEO and PPC strategies for budget efficiencies and boost performance
  • Work with the Creative team on YouTube optimization to boost content platforms. 

Requirement

  • Proven SEO & SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Semrush)
  • Strong Communication and project management skills
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML and Shopify
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • Self Equipped Laptop / Computer / Software

 

Work Location

·       Work from Home (Weekly reporting via Zoom with the Singapore team)
