Description

The Derma Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling dermatological products, such as skincare treatments, cosmetics, and prescription medicines, to dermatologists, hospitals, clinics, and other medical professionals in the Philippines. The role requires building strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring product awareness, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities:

 Sales and Promotion:

  •  Present, promote, and sell dermatological products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics, dermatology devices) to healthcare professionals (dermatologists, general practitioners, hospitals, etc.).
  •  Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and detailing sessions with doctors and medical professionals.
  •  Promote and detail the benefits, indications, and usage of products in line with company policies.
  •  Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 

 Customer Relationship Management:

  •  Develop and maintain relationships with dermatologists, clinics, and hospital departments within the assigned territory.
  •  Visit clients regularly to build rapport, address concerns, and provide the latest product updates.
  •  Organize and attend medical conferences, symposia, or product launches to network with potential clients.

 

 Market and Competitor Analysis:

  •  Conduct regular market research and stay updated on competitor products and market trends.
  •  Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product feedback, and competitive intelligence.

 

 Administrative Tasks:

  •  Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, expense reports, and forecasts.
  •  Maintain and update customer database.
  •  Follow up on client orders, deliveries, and payment collections when necessary.

Requirement

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Nursing, or any related medical or sales field.

Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, preferably in dermatology or cosmetics.
  • Experience in territory management and customer relationship development.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of dermatological products, treatments, and market trends is an advantage.
