Responsible for developing, maintaining mainframe applications using COBOL programming language.

• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide solutions.
• Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure software quality and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing timely resolution to meet customer needs and specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in COBOL programming language.
• Strong understanding of Application Support and Mainteanance.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have 2 years of experience in COBOL.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software applications.
• 6 months for initial contract but can be extended
• Uptown Tower 2
• Shift B- 4PM to 2AM or Shift C: 8PM to 6 AM
• Hybrid -2x a week onsite
