Description

Oversee and ensure the company’s IT networking and communication systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Supervise and coordinate IT and electronic data operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Assist in the development and enforcement of IT policies and procedures, promoting a secure and controlled IT environment.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, ensuring consistent uptime and availability.
Safeguard company assets by implementing robust information security and control measures.
Oversee the deployment of computer applications and ensure personnel are provided with the right tools to perform their functions efficiently.
Supervise software and system upgrades to enhance security, performance, and efficiency.
Act as the primary contact for technical support issues, providing timely and effective assistance to departments.
Coordinate the repair and replacement of equipment, ensuring that all IT assets are in optimal working condition.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of internal systems and programs that enhance organizational efficiency and goal achievement.
Provide support for programming requirements within the company’s existing systems.
Maintain accurate monitoring and tagging of IT equipment for accountability and organization.
Identify and recommend quality suppliers, negotiating prices, and managing the timely deployment of IT resources.
Monitor and oversee the company's online subscriptions, ensuring they are utilized effectively and remain active.
Undertake any other related tasks as assigned by management, contributing to overall IT department objectives.

Requirements

College Graduate
1-3 years Relevant experience (Phyton programming experience required)
Willing to work onsite at San Juan City
