•⁠ ⁠Manage Lark emails; monitor Lark group messages

•⁠ ⁠System monitoring for Telegram / Grafana / Cloudflare

•⁠ ⁠Perform initial troubleshooting or contact relevant personnel for issue resolution

•⁠ ⁠Update project versions via Jenkins

•⁠ ⁠Handle whitelist requests from the business department / create VPNs

•⁠ ⁠Address SSL certificate alerts

•⁠ ⁠Update the GeoIP database for all projects weekly

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate issues with third-party vendors and provide server logs

•⁠ ⁠Manage DNS records, change name servers, and redirect domains

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field ( Fresh graduates are welcome )

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of Linux administration

•⁠ ⁠Able to perform troubleshooting and administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

•⁠ ⁠Possess knowledge of monitoring systems like Prometheus (preferred to have but not compulsory)

•⁠ ⁠Possess knowledge of Bash Scripting (Preferred to have but not compulsory)

•⁠ ⁠Willingness to work in shifts.

•⁠ ⁠Required language(s): English, Mandarin (as the role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.)
