Description

  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new customers, ensuring they understand product features and benefits.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Support & Guidance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze customer usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and upselling.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance products and services.

Requirement

  • Previous experience in customer success or account management preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple accounts.
