Duties and responsibilities.

• Schedule turnover and acceptance meetings with buyers.
• Prepare and process turnover documentation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for buyers during the turnover.
• Endorse documents to clients and maintain accurate records.
• Create ticket requests for any complaints or issues.
• Monitor the status of complaint resolution.
• Update customers on ticket status and resolutions.
• Inform and coordinate with the Engineering Handyman.
• Facilitate quick resolution of technical issues reported by customers.
• Communicate with property management regarding issues needing their attention.
• Provide updates on complaint resolutions and ensure smooth operations.
• And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned by the management.

• Has Bachelor's/ College Degree of any course
• 2-3 years’ experience in real estate specifically in Property Handover/Turnover
• Highly organized and keen attention to details
• Can work independently or with others in a team
• Must have excellent negotiation skills.
• Can multi-task, prioritize and deadline-conscious
• Can work and manage pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
