Description

  1. Handle mileage plus reservations and queries
  2. Ensure accurate documentation of customer profiles/reservations
  3. Handle customer complaints and provide first time resolution
  4. Keep oneself updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems
  5. Keep all company information which includes customer information confidential and secured

Requirements

Completed 1 year in college

18 moths BPO experience

Good to excellent English communication skills
