- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product information and assist with order processing.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
- Document customer interactions and feedback effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Must possess at least a High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent customer service abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and technical aptitude.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work opportunities.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, patient, adaptable, and team-oriented.
