Description

A Healthcare Customer Service Representative (CSR) assists patients and healthcare providers by addressing inquiries on services, insurance claims, and billing. They resolve issues promptly, ensure compliance with regulations like HIPAA, and maintain accurate records. CSRs collaborate with teams to handle complex concerns, deliver clear and empathetic communication, and ensure a positive customer experience. Strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with healthcare processes, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment are essential.

 

Work Setup:

  • Onsite - Cebu
  • Shifting schedule


Salary:

  • Up to ₱26,000 per month
