Description

  • Provide outstanding customer service by effectively addressing inbound inquiries and resolving issues with an emphasis on first-contact resolution.
  • Recognize and fulfill additional customer needs while maintaining a courteous and professional attitude.

Requirements

  • College undergrad and/or bachelor’s degree holder (any course).
  • At least 6 months of BPO/CSR voice experience.
  • Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
  • Work schedule: Graveyard / Night shift.
