Description
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inbound queries and resolving issues with a focus on first-time resolution.
- Identify and address additional customer needs while maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.
Requirement
- College undergrad and/or bachelor’s degree holder (any course).
- At least 6 months of BPO/CSR voice experience.
- Fresh graduates and career shifters are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work onsite in Ilocos Norte.
- Work schedule: Graveyard / Night shift.
