Requirements

  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in the English language, and familiarity with healthcare terminology.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about healthcare services.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, possible overtime during peak times.
