Description

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Pampanga. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.


Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner.

• Resolve customer complaints by identifying the problem and providing appropriate solutions.

• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.

• Record and document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and company procedures to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer management systems.

• Willingness to work on-site in Pampanga and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
