Description

  • Respond to customer questions and requests via phone, email, or chat.
  • Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks. 
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions
  • Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers


Requirements

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience
  • Must have extensive sales experience
  • Must possess good to excellent communication skills
  • At least Senior High School or High School (Old Curriculum) Graduate
  • STRICTLY Residing within Metro Manila ONLY
  • Willing to work full onsite at McKinley, Taguig City
  • Must have all necessary requirements ready
