Requirement

  • Must have at least 6 months of BPO Sales Outbound experience
  • Nightshift Schedule
  • High proficiency in the English language.
  • Call center customer service and sales experience.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Patience and empathy.
  • Advanced organizational abilities.
  • Strong ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales software.
  • In stressful conditions, the ability to stay calm and professional.
