Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and assistance with their lending needs. You will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests related to loans, payments, account information, and other lending services.
  • Assist customers in understanding loan terms, eligibility criteria, repayment options, and other relevant information.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.


2. Loan Processing:

  • Guide customers through the loan application process, including gathering necessary documentation, verifying information, and completing required forms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to expedite loan approvals and disbursements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide status updates to customers regarding their loan applications, payments, and account balances.


3. Financial Counseling:

  • Offer financial counseling and guidance to customers, helping them make informed decisions regarding loan products, interest rates, and repayment plans.
  • Educate customers on budgeting strategies, debt management techniques, and ways to improve their financial well-being.


4. Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure adherence to lending regulations, privacy policies, and compliance standards when processing loan applications and handling customer information.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and loanrelated documentation.


5. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through personalized service and proactive communication.
  • Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences and preferences, and relay insights to management for continuous improvement.


6. Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including underwriters, loan officers, and collections specialists, to resolve complex customer issues and streamline processes.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance skills and contribute to a positive work environment.



Requirement

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, banking, lending, or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using, MS Office , and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of lending regulations, compliance standards, and financial concepts.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
