  • Assist in resolving issues and guiding clients through the recruitment process.
  • Maintain client relationships and build rapport to enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may require weekend or holiday shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and able to work well under pressure.
